High Court appoints an arbitrator to resolve Vishal's monetary issue with 'Action' makers | Tamil Movie News - Times of India

Vishal had promised the makers of 'Action' that he would pay for the film's loss. However as the actor failed to repay the losses, the producer has filed a case against him in the Chennai High Court, according to which the judge had ordered Vishal to compensate for the loss incurred by 'Action'. Now, as per the latest report, the High Court has appointed an arbitrator to solve Vishal's issue. The arbitrator will direct Vishal to give the money through fixed deposit, and then will surrender the FD certificate to the arbitration council. This will be a smooth solution to resolve the dispute between Vishal and Trident Arts. Vishal has to pay for the loss without delay since his next film 'Chakra' is scheduled to release on February 19. If any pause in the process might delay the release of 'Chakra', which will disappoint the fans.
