Aaliyah Kashyap strikes back at trolls, posts new video from lingerie shoot | Hindi Movie News - Bollywood - Times of India

Despite incessant trolling over her pictures and videos in lingeries on social media, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap's daughter Aaliyah Kashyap isn't backing down and instead, is making a statement for the benefit of naysayers with yet another video from a lingerie shoot. She also shared a picture of the same on her Instagram account. On the 'gram as well as Youtube, her fans were quick to rush to her side, extending their support and lauding her for not backing down. One wrote, 'Here before any of the haters say anything! Aaliyah can wear whatever she wants, she doesn't need your permission and especially not your judgement. Just be supportive of other people and you'll realise the world is a much better place to live in...' Another said, 'Hiii! just wanna take a moment to appreciate your confidence and recognise the fact that it must've been difficult to put urself out there after that incident. Quick reminder that we love u and appreciate you and ur hard work!' Earlier this year, Aaliyah was considering deleting her Instagram account after she was viciously attacked online for posting glimpses from lingerie shoot. Post the whole fiasco, Aaliyah composed herself and made a video and shared it on Youtube. She spoke about how she dealt with it. Opening up about the hate she received, Aaliyah further said, 'People were telling me that I should be ashamed of being Indian and posting stuff like that. People were sending me rape threats, calling me a prostitute, DMing me and asking me what my ‘rate’ was, sending me death threats, s**tting on my family. That whole incident of the picture got me a lot.' On Instagram, too, she shared screenshots of some of the brutal comments and DM's she received and left a message which read, 'This is my body, my life and I choose what I want to do with it.'
