It was so awkward because we were talking and mid-sentence I did it, because I was thinking about it so much and I was so nervous.' Aaliyah also shares a close relationship with her parents Anurag Kashyap and his ex-wife Aarti Bajaj. Earlier, during an interview Anurag was asked what would he do if his daughter says she wants to enter Bollywood. Anurag's reply was, 'She’s an adult, she has to choose, but definitely she has to learn, she can’t wake up one day and say ‘I want to be an actor’. Adding to it he also said, 'If she wants to do it, she has to struggle for it and go and audition for it and win a role somewhere. I don’t think I write movies which are so urban where she will fit in. She’s an urban kid, she’s not a street kid like me.'
