Good news for Sanjay Dutt fans! The actor is hale and hearty and on the road to recovery after he suffered a sports injury on his heel while playing badminton. Sharing an update about the actor, Sanjay Dutt's wife Maanayata Dutt took to her Instagram Stories to post a video of her husband and their son Shahraan. Both of them were seen smiling in the video as Sanjay put his arm around his son Shahraan. The father-son duo were seen walking with a limp, and the support of their sticks. Sharing the video, Maanayat wrote, 'Father and son on the road to recovery.' Shahraan, who recently got hurt, had his plaster removed last week. Sanjay and Maanayata are currently in Dubai with their kids. The family had recently visited Trishala in the US on his 62nd birthday. Trishala is the daughter of Sanjay and his first wife, actor Richa Sharma, who passed away in 1996. Sanjay's daughter shared glimpses of the celebrations, much to the delight of his fans. Almost one year ago, Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer and recovered a few months later. After the diagnosis, Maanayata had written a long note to his fans, updating them with Sanjay's condition. On her birthday in July, Sanjay Dutt shared an Instagram post dedicated to her and wrote, You are the backbone of our family and the light of my life. Words fail to express all that you mean to me but you know it all too well. Thank you for always being there and being you. The actor went back to working round the clock almost immediately. He was last seen in Bhuj:The Pride of India, with Ajay Devgn. Apart from that, he has the -awaited pan India film 'KGF: Chapter 2' which will see him play the nemesis Adheera, Shamshera alongside Ranbir Kapoor AND Akshay Kumar lead Prithviraj in the pipeline.
